Membership

1.   Joining Matcham Valley Pony Club

Matcham Valley offers a friendly and supportive environment welcoming all new members

Membership is for the full calendar year: 1st Jan-31st Dec.

Riding membership is for people aged 25 years and under.

All riders under 18 must also have a parent register as a non-riding member.

Parents who wish to work with the children in the lead line group or as a parent assistant to the coaches must submit a Working With Children Check (WWC).

We are a small club with all committee members and club instructors unpaid volunteers. We ask that every family helps out on our rally days – setting up and packing up equipment, helping in the canteen, helping on competition days. Many hands make light work!

We also offer our MVPC riders Grounds Membership access to use the grounds outside of pony club days and when the grounds are not booked for other events.

See below for grounds member form for MVPC Riding Members.

Please note that any non-riding members of MVPC who wish to use the grounds must complete a Grounds Membership application and pay the annual membership fee.
